 Future Link’s program helps our young adults reach their goal of self-sufficiency by:

1) empowering students to move away from a survivalist mindset to one that is achievement-driven;

2) supporting students long-term, to and through college and entry into the workforce;

3) fostering measurable hard skills and soft skills (professional communication and confidence-building) essential for success; and

4) providing work experiences and direct employment connections required to launch their career.

Future Link supports students long-term enabling them to achieve their education and career goals. Dedicated mentors, trained volunteers, local employers and generous donors sustain our work by investing in local youth. Together, we are strengthening the community and achieving equity through deliberate action.
